ITEM #21: Discuss/Act on litigation concerning vacating and foreclosing the right to reopen two public ways within Crestwood Acre, Section 3 within the City of Henryetta more practically described as; That Half of Twelfth Place lying Westerly and immediately adjacent to lots Eighteen (18) through Twenty-three (23) inclusive and that Half of Grant Street lying Southerly and immediately adjacent to Lot Eighteen (18) and the West 47 feet of Lot Seventeen (17) of Crestwood Acres, Section Three (3), according to the recorded plat thereof.
