The Municipal Court provides administrative and clerical support for municipal court proceedings. Responsibilities of the court include:

  • Collection of fines
  • Court scheduling
  • Filing citations and complaints
  • Handling fees and state costs
  • Issuing, tracking and clearing warrants
  • Reporting collections, convictions and statistical data to appropriate state agencies
  • Updating court records

        At this time, the City of Henryetta is not capable of accepting online payments.
