ITEM #4:    Discuss/Act on approval of payment to American Exchange Bank in the amount of $9,100.79 for lease/purchase payments.  (Ladder Truck, GMP Fire Truck)

ITEM #12:    Discuss/Act on approval of request by Henryetta Rotary to waive the rental fees for the Civic Center on March 8th, 2019 for Elementary School Dance.

ITEM #13:    Discuss/Act on approval of proposal from Rebekah Bailey to discuss an Ad space within the next issue of the Okmulgee County Focus Magazine produced by the Henryetta Free-Lance and the Okmulgee Times.

ITEM #14:    Discuss/Act on approval of request from Henryetta Housing Authority Board of Commissioners for a waiver of accrued payments in lieu of taxes in the amount of $35,880.94 for the 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018 Fiscal Years.

ITEM #15:    Discuss/Act on appointing a Council member for negotiations to the Fraternal Order of Police Lodge No. 115.

ITEM #16:    Discuss/Act on approval of Maintenance Agreement between the City of Henryetta, hereafter referred to as “City” and Okmulgee County Conservation District, hereafter referred to as “District”.

ITEM #21:    Discuss/Act to authorize Police Department to advertise for bids to remodel flooring and to give City Manager the authority to accept the lowest bid but not to exceed $24,500.00.

ITEM #22:    Discuss/Act on approval to dedicate a thirty (30) foot public utility easement on the thirty acre tract to the Henryetta Municipal Authority.  (This easement will be for public utilities)

ITEM #23:    Discuss/Act on approval to authorize the City Manager to place an order with PSO for electrical service to service the sanitary sewage lift station located on the thirty (30) acre West commercial tract.  (The estimated cost of the service is $25,000.00)
ITEM #24:    Discuss/Act on approval to authorize the City Manager and City Staff to advertise for bids for the construction of the sanitary sewage lift station and force main serving the West commercial tract.

ITEM #25:    Discuss/Act on approval of withdrawal of lump sum payment from Oklahoma Municipal Retirement Fund for Cynthia J. Tyler.

ITEM #26:    Discuss/Act to approve the Mayor Jennifer Munholland and Interim City Manager Donna White to attend the Settlement Conference to be able to negotiate and authorize on behalf of the City of Henryetta under the direction of Steidley & Neal and Oklahoma Municipal Assurance Group.
