- Discuss/Act, approve minutes of the Regular meeting held October 12, 2021.
2. Discuss/Act, approve Financial Report for the month of October 2021.
3..Presentation by Sam Stokely of Stokely Outdoor dba Bigtime Billboards; to Discuss/Act on proposal to advertise the available Commercial development property near the 237 exit.
4. City of Henryetta Projects Report, Ron Casey Public Works Director.
5. DiscussAct, approve an increased cost of the Quik Trip water main replacement project to the low bid amount of $623,380.66.
5. Discuss/Act, Reimbursement of water main Engineering services in the amount of
$1425.00 for water main replacement along Trudgeon St at Hwy 75 for
QuikTrip project.
6. Discuss/Act, Request from Rodeo Committee, Henryetta Chamber of Commerce,
to reimburse the First Family Federal Credit Union the cost of new aluminum
bleachers at the Jim Shoulders Living Legends Rodeo Arena; the amount is
$16000.00 labor expense plus $64,076.00 material expense for a total request of
$80,076.00.
