CALL TO ORDER AFTER DETERMINATION OF A QUORUM AND CONFIRMATION OF PROPER NOTICE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE OKLAHOMA OPEN MEETING ACT.

1. Appointment of Christy Jeffcoat to the Henryetta Economic Development Authority Board of Trustees.

2. Discuss/Act, to approve the minutes of the February 14, 2022 monthly Board meeting.

3. Discuss/Act, to approve the February 2022 Financial Report.

4. Discuss/Act, Reimbursement of Engineering Inspection services in the amount of $17119.00 for water main replacement project along Trudgeon St at Hwy 75.

5. Discuss/Act, Reimbursement of Engineering and Inspection Services in the amount of  $6966.50 for the water main replacement project along Trudgeon St at Hwy 75.

6. Discuss, correcting the phone number on the AVAILABLE LAND billboard at the 237 exit to connect directly to Chairman Keith Estes would have an expense of $ 1200.00.

7. Advise the Board of Trustees of 1.5 acres of available highway frontage land on the southwest corner of the 237 exit at I40.
