ITEM #1: Discuss/Act on approval of Consent Agenda:
Financial Reports for March, 2022.
Minutes of meeting held in March, 2022.
Claims for the month of March, 2022.

ITEM #2: Discuss/Act on approval of payment to Bank of Oklahoma in the amount of $40,287.00 for 2015 Note Series monthly payment.
ITEM #3: Discuss/Act to reappoint Vernon Vanmeter to the Board of adjustments.

ITEM #4: Discuss/Act on request by Elizabeth Renee Malcolm to allow Buds Craft Cannabis Co. to hold a block party for their business in May or June and block off the street/easement between Braums and Henley Motors.

ITEM #5: Discuss/Act on approval to allow Oklahoma Twisters RC Club to hold an event at Henryetta Airport for a Large Aero Tow Event on June 17th, 18th, and 19th, 2022 and November 18th, 19th and 20th, 2022.

ITEM #6: Discussion by Colton Adcock (Adcock Flying Service) regarding Henryetta Airport.

ITEM #7: Discuss/Act on approval to allow VFW District 7 to have a parade on Main Street and host a festival of events at Nichols Park on April, 30th, 2022.

ITEM #8: Discuss/Act to readdress issues pertaining to Sandy Warschaw’s request to host Donkey Days events on October 22nd, and October 23rd, 2022 at Nichols Park.

ITEM #9: Discuss/Act on providing dumpsters for city wide clean-up for April 22nd, 2022 from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and April 23rd, 2022 from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 (Noon); and May 20th, 2022 from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and May 21st, 2022 from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 (Noon).

ITEM #10: Discuss/Act to implement an application process for any wrecker service that wishes to be in the city rotation and allow the Police Chief the authority to make the determination or call rotation as he deems necessary for the most cost effective use of tax dollars. (Item tabled March 22, 2022)

ITEM #11: Discuss/Act on entering into Executive Session under 25 O.S. Section 307 B(2) to discuss negotiations on Henryetta Fraternal Order of Police (Lodge #115) Fiscal Year 2022-2023 Bargaining Agreement and; Henryetta Firefighters (IAFF) Local #2788 Fiscal Year 2022-2023 Bargaining Agreement.

ITEM #12: Discuss/Act to reconvene into regular session.

ITEM #13: Discuss/Act on any action to be taken on matters discussed in Executive Session.
