ITEM #2: Discuss/Act on approval of payment to Bank of Oklahoma in the amount of $40,238.43 for 2015 Note Series monthly payment.

ITEM #3: Discuss/Act on approval of payment to AEP/PSO in the amount of $27,214.99.

ITEM #4: Discuss/Act on approval of withdrawal of lump sum pension payment from the Oklahoma Municipal Retirement Fund for Donna L. White.

ITEM #5: Discuss/Act on request by Sandy Warschaw to use Nichols Park October 27th, 28th and 29th, 2023 for Donkey Days events.

ITEM #6: Discuss/Act on request by Henryetta Schools to use Nichols Park September 9th, 2023 and October 21st, 2023 for an event.

ITEM #7: Discuss/Act on approval of “Letter of Engagement” with Arledge & Associates, P.C. for the purpose of Auditing Henryetta’s Financial Statements and rendering an opinion for Fiscal Year ending June 30, 2022.

ITEM #8: Discuss/Act to purchase thirteen (13) sets of bunker gear for Henryetta Fire Department.

ITEM #9: Discuss/Act to purchase Surveillance Cameras for Henryetta Police Department, Fire Department and City Hall from Tulsa Surveillance Technologies in the amount of $26,100.00.

ITEM #10: Discuss/Act on request by Nathan Brewer (One Call Parking Lot Maintenance, LLC) to provide street sweeping services.

ITEM #11: Discuss/Act to reappoint Keith Estes to the Henryetta Hospital Authority Board with Diana Carter as the alternate for a five (5) year term.

ITEM #12: Discuss/Act on recommendation by Henryetta Economic Development Authority (HEDA) to lease property located in Crabtree Addition, Block Six (6) Lot One (1) through Lot Eight (8) for $1.00 dollar for 100 years to Deep Fork Community Action to help develop senior housing.

ITEM #13: Discuss/Act to award bid for replacement of the A/C unit at the VFW.
