Discuss/Act to accept an offer by Andrew Benson of $ 25.000.00 for the southernmost 7.66 acres of the available Commercial Development property south of the 237 exit on Bryant Road; Mr Benson plans to build a True Value Hardware Store and a NAPA Brand Auto Parts Store on this property .
Discuss/Act to request transfer of property for commercial development from City of Henryetta ownership to Henryetta Economic Development Authority ownership. The subject property is the southernmost 7.66 acres of the available 29.98 acres available for commercial development south of the 237 exit on Bryant Road.
