1. Discuss/Act on the minutes of the Regular meeting – NOVEMBER 14, 2022

2. Discuss/Act on the HEDA financial report – NOVEMBER 2022

3. Discuss/ Act on the possible acquisition of 7.66 Acres M/L (Legal to be determined) Of the available commercial property located on the South side of exit 237, by Andrew Benson. Item was tabled awaiting presentation by Mr. Benson.

4. Discuss/Act on the Lot located at 419 W. Trudgeon Street to complete the Transformation of making it a public parking lot.

5. City of Henryetta Project Update
