ITEM #2: Discuss/Act on approval of payment to Bank of Oklahoma in the amount of $41,216.67 for 2015 Note Series monthly payment.

ITEM #3: Discuss/Act on approval of payment to AEP/PSO in the amount of $26,692.06.

ITEM #4: Discuss/Act on approval to move the First Family Federal Credit Union Car Show and BBQ Cookoff to Main Street on September 2, 2023.

ITEM #5: Discuss/Act to allow Aaron Hines (Tournament Director) to use Nichols Park March 25, 2023 from 8:00 a.m. to 17:00 p.m. to host Tulsa Am-Jam Series Disc Golf Tournament (Benefiting OKDGF 501 (C) (3) organization). (Tournament Organization AA Disc Golf, LLC.

ITEM #6: Discuss/Act on request by Shannon Frair (Rotary Club) to use the Disc Golf Course on March 4th, 2023 for the Disc Golf Tournament hosted by the Rotary Club.

ITEM #7: Discuss/Act on approval of proposal by Josh Craig (Disc Golf) to add to Disc Golf Course at Nichols Park in the amount of $19,060.00.

ITEM #8: Discuss/Act on approval of Ordinance No. 1287 An Ordinance Amending Ordinance No. 702 For Purpose Of Rezoning Certain Properties Described From R-1 Single Family Residential District To C-2 Highway Commercial And Commercial Recreation District Located At 0 Tutt.

ITEM #9: Discuss/Act to appoint a Council member for negotiations to the Fraternal Order of Police Lodge #115 for Fiscal Year 2023-2024 Bargaining Agreement.
