ITEM #2:Discuss/Act on approval of payment to Bank of Oklahoma in the amount of $40,023.88 for 2015 Note Series monthly payment.

ITEM #3: Discuss/Act on approval of payment to AEP/PSO in the amount of $22,968.21.

ITEM #4: Discuss/Act on approval of payment of Invoice No. 223132-4 to Myer’s Engineering, Consulting Engineers, Inc. in the amount of $21,000.00 for Jim Hall Lake Construction Services. 

ITEM #5: Discuss/Act to approve Ordinance No. 1313 An Ordinance Amending Part 17 – Utilities, Section 17-102 (C) Of The Code Of Ordinances Of The City Of Henryetta, Oklahoma; And Declaring An Emergency.

ITEM #8: Discuss/Act on approval of abatement of property located at 901 W Cummings (Browns Henryetta Lot 1 Block 8) owned by Jeremy Scott & Joyce Moore.  (Council approved 60 day extension to make significant improvements at November 16, 2024 meeting) (Council approved an additional 60 day extension at January 21, 2025 Meeting)

ITEM #12: Discuss/Act to approve Henryetta Parks, Recreation & Tourism Board’s recommendation to allow Aaron Hines to use Nichols Park for a three (3) man Disc Golf Tournament May 17^th, 2025.

ITEM #13: Discuss/Act to approve Henryetta Parks, Recreation & Tourism Board’s recommendation to allow Joy In Life to use the Gazebo Park on May 2^nd, 2025 for a Family Fun Day and Free Concert.

ITEM #14: Discuss/Act on request by James Page (Joy In Life) to close 4^th Street and possibly Moore Street next to the Gazebo on May 2^nd, 2025 from 3:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. for the Free Family Fun Day Event.

ITEM #15: Discuss/Act to approve Henryetta Parks, Recreation & Tourism Board’s recommendation to allow American Guardian’s Motorcycle Club to sponsor a Community Event at Nichols Park on July 12^th, 2025.

ITEM #16: Discuss/Act to purchase one (1) new, 2025 F-450 Chassis 4X4 SD Super Cab 168” WB DRW XL (X4H) from Bill Knight Ford in the amount of $65,070.30 for the Street Maintenance. 

ITEM #17: Discuss/Act on approval of City Manager’s Report.
