ITEM #2:Discuss/Act on approval of payment to Bank of Oklahoma in the amount of $40,023.88 for 2015 Note Series monthly payment.
ITEM #3: Discuss/Act on approval of payment of Invoice No. 223132-5 to Myer’s Engineering, Consulting Engineers, Inc. in the amount of $3,000.00 for Jim Hall Lake Construction Services.
ITEM #4: Discuss/Act for the approval of indebtedness by Emergency Medical Service, A Trust in relation to the purchase of a new ambulance in an amount not to exceed $250,000.00 which would be financed through Mabrey Bank for a period 72 months at an interest rate of 5.3% per annum.
ITEM #5: Discuss/Act to approve Henryetta Parks, Recreation & Tourism Board’s recommendation to allow Daniel Lyons to use Nichols Park on June 21st, 2025 for an “All Trucks” truck show.

ITEM #7: Discuss/Act on request by Linda Gerster (Henryetta Labor Day Celebration Committee) to waive rental and deposit fees for usage of the Civic Center Sunday, August 31, 2025 and Monday, September 1, 2025 for the Labor Day BBQ Luncheon.
