ITEM #27: Discuss/Act to enter Executive Session as authorized by Title 25, Section 307 B.4 of the Oklahoma Statutes, for the purpose of confidential communications with attorney concerning claims arising against Emergency Medical Service – a Trust, Okmulgee County District Court Case No. CV-2023-155, including without limitations the interest of the City in the claims asserted in the Petition for Declaratory Relief, and with the advice of its attorney, a determination by the Council that disclosure to the public of the communications in such Executive Session with seriously impair the ability of the City to process such claims and litigation in the public interest.
