Item #2-Discuss/Act Lucas Taylor with New Beginnings Baptist Church request to hold a volleyball tournament on Labor Day, open to the public.

Item #3-Discuss/Act Mrs. Berry with the Dewar Public Schools request to use Nichols Park for a 5K run on Saturday October 11th, from 7am to 3pm

Item #4- Discuss/Act Colton Weaver with Sonder & Act Co. of Tulsa is requesting to use Nichols Park for a music festival on March 20-21 of 2026. 3 different genres, 2 stages and 2 food vendors with approx. 600 to 1000 people in attendance.
