ITEM #2:Discuss/Act on approval of payment to Bank of Oklahoma in the amount of $41,221.52 for the 2015 Note Series monthly payment.

 

ITEM #3: Discuss/Act on approval of payment to AEP/PSO in the amount of $24,699.10.

.

ITEM #4: Discuss/Act on approval of payment of Invoice No. 223133-6 in the amount of $13,090.44 to Myers Engineering, Consulting Engineers, Inc. for Nichols Dam Design.

 

ITEM #5: Discuss/Act to reappoint Mr. Aaron Graffman to the Henryetta Housing Authority Board. 

 

ITEM #6: Discuss/Act to reappoint Mr. Tyler Wieland to the Henryetta Housing Authority Board.

ITEM #9: Discuss/Act on approval of abatement of property located at 1509 W Division (Glendale Henryetta W 15’ of Lot 5 & All Lots 6 & 7 Block 2) owned by Danny Everett Powell.  (Given a 60-day extension to do the demolition himself)

 

ITEM #10: Discuss/Act on approval of abatement of property located at 310 W Moore (Cottage Henryetta Lot 5 BLK 2) owned by Richard Liles Rev Tr. 

 

ITEM #11: Discuss/Act on approval of abatement of property located at 1407 West Moore Street (Glendale Henryetta LTS 1 to & Incl 8 BLK 17) owned by Brent Roberts.

 

ITEM #12: Discuss/Act on approval of abatement of property located at 2007 NE 5th Street (Quail Lake Henryetta Lot 4 Blk 2) owned by Winey Beaver.

ITEM #13: Discuss/Act on approval of abatement of property located at 311 West Moore (Cottage Henryetta N/2 Lots 6 & 7 Block 3) owned by Don R & Jan Prahl Rev TR.  (Item Tabled to allow time to make improvements)

 

ITEM #14: Discuss/Act on approval of abatement of property located at 508 North 7th (Henryetta Heights Henryetta W 18’ of S 70’ of Lot 4 & S 70’ of Lots 5 & 6 Blk 38) owned by Don R & Jan Prahl Rev TR. (Item Tabled to allow time to make improvements) 

 

ITEM #15: Discuss/Act on recommendation by Henryetta Parks, Recreation & Tourism Board to use $1,600.00 to promote tourism and business on Hotel/Motel door keys, Tourism Flyers and QR Code Signage.

 

ITEM #16: Discuss/Act on recommendation by Henryetta Parks, Recreation & Tourism Board to allow the Chamber of Commerce Rodeo Committee to use Nichols Park for the Roy Madden Spring Rodeo on June 5th and 6th, 2026.

 

ITEM #17: Discuss/Act on recommendation by Henryetta Parks, Recreation & Tourism Board to allow the Chamber of Commerce Rodeo Committee to use Nichols Park for the Living Legend’s Jim Shoulders Rodeo on September 5th and 6th, 2026.

 

ITEM #18: Discuss/Act on recommendation by Henryetta Parks, Recreation & Tourism Board to approve the Chamber of Commerce request for funding in the amount of $600.00 per event to provide a Bounce House during the Cruise Knight events on April 11th, June 13th and September 26th, 2026 for a total of $1,800.00.

 

ITEM #19: Discuss/Act on recommendation by Henryetta Parks, Recreation & Tourism Board to approve Jennifer Corbin’s request for the Henryetta Hallow Fall Festival to be held at the Gazebo Park on October 17th, 2026, (Setting up would begin the day before on the 16th.  Barricades, Porta Potties and streets closed would be needed).

 

ITEM #20: Discuss/Act on recommendation by Henryetta Parks, Recreation & Tourism Board to allow the Chamber of Commerce Monster Bash on October 24th, 2026 between 3rd and 6th Street on Main Street from the hours of 3:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m.  (Barricades will be needed for the event)

 

ITEM #21: Discuss/Act on recommendation by Henryetta Parks, Recreation & Tourism Board to allow Mistletoe Market to be set up on the weekends of December 5th & 6th, 12th & 13th and 19th & 20th at the City of Henryetta Parking and Event Lot located at 5th and Trudgeon.

 

ITEM #22: Discuss/Act on appointing two City Council members to meet with members of Henryetta Economic Development Authority (HEDA) to create guidelines for qualifications regarding tax incentives, grants etc. 

 

ITEM #23: Discuss/Act on approval of Department Head Reports.
